The Computer Based Examination for recruitment of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination 2019 was held on 26.11.2019 at different centres all over the country.

The candidates’ Response Sheets along with the tentative Answer Keys are now available on the link given below. The candidates may login in the link provided below by using their Examination Roll No. and Password. 

Representation in respect of the tentative answer keys, if any, may be submitted online from 29.11.2019 (05:00 PM) to 02.12.2019 (05:00 PM) on payment of Rs. 100/- per question/answer challenged. Representations received after 05:00 PM on 02.12.2019 will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The candidates’ may take a print out of their respective Response Sheets, as the same will not be available after the abovespecified time limit.

he Final Result of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2017 has been declared by the Commission on 15.11.2019, which was uploaded on the website of the Commission on the same day. Now the Commission has decided to upload the Final Marks of candidates who were declared qualified in Tier-III for appearing in the Skill Test/ Document Verification of Combined Graduate Level Examination 2017.

The Staff Selection Commission has declared the result of Paper-I of Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) Examination, 2019 on 05.11.2019. Revised Result of the said examination was declared on 11.11.2019. The Commission has decided to upload the marks of Paper-I in respect of candidates who appeared in the examination (qualified or not qualified for Paper-II) on the website of the Commission. 

2. To check the individual marks, candidates may login to the website of the Commission by using their Registration Number and SSC Registration Password and click on Result/Marks link on the candidate dashboard. This facility will be available for a period of one month i.e. from 20th November (6.00 PM) to19th of December,2019 (6.00 PM).

Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination 2019 – Declaration of list of 9551 additional candidates qualifying in Paper-1 to appear in Paper-II (Descriptive Paper)


Result of Paper-1 of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination 2019 was declared by the Commission on 05-11-2019 wherein 1,11,162 candidates were qualified to appear in Paper-II of the examination.

Following discrepancies have been observed in the result of Paper-I of the said examination: 

(i) Ex-servicemen candidates eligible for reservation were not considered for selection under ex-servicemen category. 

(ii) EWS candidates qualifying at the UR standards have been selected in EWS category whereas they were eligible for selection in UR category. 

3. Therefore, corrective action has been taken and it is observed that 9551 additional candidates are eligible for appearing in the Paper-II of Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2019 scheduled on 24-11-2019.

4. Revised Category-wise and State/ UT wise cut-off details are as follows: 

i. Cut-off for vacancies in the age-group of 18-25 years: Annexure-I. 

ii. Cut-off for vacancies in the age-group of 18-27 years: Annexure-II.

5. It is clarified that the candidates short-listed against the age-group of 18-27 years will also be considered for selection in the age-group of 18-25 years and vice versa in the final result depending upon the age, merit and preference of the candidates.

6. It is further clarified that ex-servicemen candidates who have already joined civil posts by availing benefit of reservation for ex-servicemen will not be eligible for the posts reserved for ex-servicemen as per the provisions of the Notice of Examination. 

7. The other terms and conditions stipulated in the Write Up dated 05.11.2019 will remain unchanged.

LIST OF CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & MEDICAL
EXAMINATION


Based on the performance of candidates in the 2nd stage Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted 
from 28-08-2019 to 01-09-2019 & on 19.09.2019 for the Junior Engineer(JE), Junior Engineer 
(Information and Technology), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical 
Assistant (CMA) notified against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN 03/2018), candidates 
bearing the Roll Numbers listed (in ascending order and not in merit) herein under have been 
provisionally shortlisted for the Document Verification (DV)& Medical Examination. 

Shortlisting for Document verification has been done as per CEN duly considering community wise 
the cutoff marks for various categories of posts while screening the candidates for 2nd stage CBT, their 
post preferences and Merit Index in 2nd stage CBT.

Merit Index has been generated for all the candidates, whose normalized score in multi-session exam group and a raw score for single session exam group of 2nd Stage CBT more than or equal to their community qualifying marks,  as per the formula is given in CEN vide Paras 14.1, 2 & 3 of CEN 03/2018. 

 Candidates are advised to refer to the community-wise cut off for each post declared while publishing the list of the candidates shortlisted for 2nd stage CBT to know their eligibility for allocation of their preferred post on the basis of Merit Index.  The candidates would be eligible for the posts for which his/her community-wise cut off in 1st Stage CBT is less than or equal to his/her 1st Stage CBT Score subject to opting the same while submitting their applications. 

This list of shortlisted candidates for DV also includes 50% additional candidates (subject to 
availability of eligible candidates) for the posts over and above the notified/revised vacancies 
published on the websites of RRBs.

The cut off Merit Index for candidates shortlisted for DV is also notified herewith. 

Document Verification (DV) will be held at the premises indicated in the e-call letter for DV. After scheduling the candidates for DV, they will be sent an email and SMS to download their e call letter over and above publishing the DV Schedule on RRB websites. E-Call letter with details of date, time and session (FN/AN) along with the instructions for Document verification and Medical Examination can be downloaded from the websites of RRBs. 

Candidates may note that after completion of DV, they will be sent for Medical Examination at the nominated Railway hospitals located in the jurisdiction of RRBs on the next day of DV. Accordingly, 
Candidates have to come prepared for DV and Medical examination for more than two to four days

The shortlisted candidates for DV should produce all the original documents along with two sets of 
Xerox copies in A4 size as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.

 Candidature of all the shortlisted candidates for Document verification is purely provisional and is 
liable to be canceled, at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency 
in the data furnished by them in their online application or any malpractice on the part of candidates 
coming to the notice of RRB at any stage of the recruitment process. It may be noted that merely 
calling a candidate for Document Verification does not entitle him/her in any way to an appointment in 
the Railways.


 While every care has been taken in preparing the list of candidates shortlisted for Document 
Verification, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistakes. 
RRB regrets the inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates. 

The Roll Numbers of the provisionally shortlisted candidates for Document Verification are arranged 
horizontally in ascending order and not in order of merit for each category/post.

Regarding Medical Examination, candidates are advised that after completion of DV, medical examination will be carried out by Railway Hospital/Health Unit. Candidates have to pay the prescribed medical fee of Rs 24/- only. There are no other charges to be paid to the Hospitals/Health 
Unit for the medical examination. In rare cases, where the investigation like CT Scan, Ultra Sound, 
tests to rule out refractive eye surgery, etc., have to be carried out for which necessary facility is not 
available in the Railway Hospital/Health Unit, then for such investigation, candidates may have to 
make the requisite payment to the concerned laboratory/hospital. 

Candidates may note that all the recruitment related activities by Railways is purely on merit basis only and candidates are not required to make any payment to any authorities other than the prescribed Medical Examination fee of Rs.24/- 

 Important: Beware of the touts who may misguide the candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRB exams is fully computerized and the selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.
